Global Professional Networking on LinkedIn. Week#2

A weekly retro is a good way to maintain momentum. On day #1 we covered the crucial points of the networking approach, and one week later we held our first retro, sharing insights and achievements.

The most challenging thing is to unwrap your experience especially when you have interests in many of very diversed domains, and people who read your descriptions, hardly understand what is your expertise. They expect to the only. In relationship building, express one’s self is not hole thing, but do it the way people would understand you. To address the other’s expectations during the first meeting means getting closer to them.

Once we were done with understanding our self-representation, we reflected it in the LinkedIn account. The 40 points we went through earlier should be filled out so that page visitors can clearly understand whether they need to interact with us and how to do it.

Anyway, by upgrading our account we do not need to satisfy all visitors, and the LinkedIn experts who help others raise their profiles also point this out. Our activity is focused on the ICP — the ideal customer profile. First, you understand yourself; second, you understand the people you want to interact with.

During week #2 we will align these two viewpoints, and afterwards we will start developing the content strategy.
